I've already prepared the commits for removing Uploaders, but when
trying to push to alioth, I get
ssh: connect to host git.debian.org port 22: Connection refused
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

I thought that maybe the SSH key had changed, but running `ssh-keygen
- -R git.debian.org` didn't help.
Did the repo location change, or am I doing something really noobish
here? FWIW, I can't planily ssh into git.debian.org either, with
ssh: connect to host git.debian.org port 22: Connection refused
