Package Statuses: pixbros, openmortal

Hi folks,

Does anyone know the status of these two packages.  I.E., why they 
haven't been uploaded?  Are there licensing issues?

I'm looking at openmortal right now but unless I'm blind, pixbros 
doesn't have a tarball on our pages?
