* Standards version 4.7.3 compliance
* Removing Priority: line in debian/control as per 4.7.3 standards

* Building the extension for tcl8.6 and tcl9.0 alike
* Moving into Makefile.in the task of mangling the man page and installing it
* Remove autoupdate since the modernization of configure.ac just removed
a space in the AC_INIT second argument
