 wims-moodle - module for Moodle featuring Wims mini-classes

 wims-moodle (4.0-10) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Replaced the dependency on moodle by a "Suggests:" clause. While moodle
     will have a depedency on ckeditor, it will not be free, because of the
     special "good, not evil" type of licence of yui. As a consequence,
     wims-moodle will depend no longer from yui.
   * Upgraded Standards-Version to 3.9.5
   * modified debian/postinst to allow its success if the fake package
     wims-installed-locally is used.
   * installed the file es.po, contributed by Camaleón. Closes: #733498
