.
* Now, it build-depends on libpcap0.7-dev instead of libpcap-dev.
It does not compile with libpcap0.8-dev.
* Now, it uses invoke-rc.d instead of calling the init scripts
directly.
* logrotate scripts now calls restart discarding both stdout and
stderr. Otherwise, if the daemon was not running or something
similar we would get cron mails we really do not want to
receive.
* on prerm, errors in unloading the daemon are ignored (rationale:
many people do not keep wipld running... they just enable it
when needed, and in that case the restart would fail).

* Applied patch from Andreas Jochens <aj@andaco.de> (huge thanks!),
to allow wipld to be compiled with latest versions of gcc-4.0
(closes: #326641).
* Corrected dependency on debconf, with debconf | debconf-2.0.
