   * New package for the shared library, libgarlic3.15p.
     - debian/rules (libgarlic3.15p): new target; build the shared library.
     - debian/rules:
     - debian/control: declare the new package, rewrite the descriptions.
     - garlic.gpr: new, use to build the shared and static libraries.
     - gnatdist.gpr: new, use to build gnatdist.
   * Major change to the build strategy
     - debian/rules: Do not use configure or upstream's Makefiles anymore
       (closes: #334159).  Do not compile the copy of GNAT source files
       contained in the upstream tarball; use libgnatprj instead.
     - debian/control: Build-depend on libgnatprj-dev.
   * debian/garlic.gpr: new, supply as part of gnat-glade.
   * debian/gnat-glade.postinst: remove.
   * debian/control: change maintainer's email address, bump standards-version
     to 3.6.2 with no changes.
