   * Switch to po-debconf, with support for woody backport
     (closes: #206696) Thanks Michel Grentzinger and Martin Quinson.
   * In debian/control, remove ${misc:Depends} since debconf dependency
     is provided by ${debconf-depends} due to woody backport issue.
   * Polish debconf vserver/background template:
     - replace a no/yes select question by a boolean question, and
       default is set to false.
     - add a question mark to the short description.
   * Added French translation of debconf templates
