   * Added patch to cause turck-encoder ('encoder.php' in upstream tree)
     to skip any previously encoded file, and copy it instead. This
     prevents file bloat as encoded files are re-encoded when working
     with a tree of encoded and unencoded files. Ugly patch forwarded
     upstream.
