refblas3 (1.2-1) experimental; urgency=low
.
* Minor change in upstream API leads to soname and package name
changes to blas3. Clint Whaley, the author of the original cblas
standard, has fixed the following long standing errors in the
reference cblas implementation, which are now required if
consistency with the latest atlas implementations is to be achieved.
1) cblas_i?amax routines now return a value i such that 0 <= i < N,
where N is the lenght of the array. 2) certain cblas error codes are
now correctly switched or interchanged in the case of row major
matrices. 3) the symbol RowMajorStrg is not longer exported by the
library.
