   * debian/automake1.8.{prerm,postinst}: Version 1.8.
   * debian/rules: Convert to cdbs. It is the way :)
   * debian/control:
     - Build depend on cdbs.
     - Build depend on autoconf (>= 2.59). It is needed for some reason.
