* /etc/init.d/sendmail restart is now really a STOP/START, not reload
* kluge sendmail's handling of queue control daemon so that we can get
the status vi /etc/init.d/sendmail status

* Old bugs
sendmail_8.12.6-7 broken in testing (GLIBC_2.3 symbol) closes: #171755
will be fixed once this hits testing
invalid owner and privilages of /var/run/sendmail/mta closes: #191385
never heard back, I have to assume its working
