* shellutils no longer recommended in debian/control. (Closes: #175676)
* Insecure perl opens converted to three arguments as
suggested by Herbert Xu <herbert@debian.org>.
* mirror now reports "Got file" sizes getting or patching ls-lR.
* Corrected an ol_gzip_suffix to old_gzip_suffix in mirror.
* If compare_offline=true and single connection, mirror disconnects
while comparing directories avoiding logout by FTP servers with
strange idle timers. (Closes: #178054)
