   * New upstream release, closes: #174149
   * Removed -n from dh_installinfo invocation and hardcoded install-info
     call in postinst/prerm.
     - only difference in result is section case (emacs vs Emacs).
       install-info treats section regex case-insensitively anyway.
   * debian/rules clean now does a $(MAKE) realclean.  Removed Makefile
     patch to achieve same.
   * debian/rules now only calls toplevel Makefile, which should fix tramp.info
     embedded version number.
   * Suggest smbclient, since tramp now does smb too.
   * Respect upstream tramp-default-method and stop modifying our conffile.
     Really closes: #159815
   * Added myself to Uploaders, with Ola's permission.
