- Added support for --pidfile, in preparation to run as non root

- Fixed system slow down with some programs using FS_ListFontsWithXInfo

- Fixed childs unlinking unix socket when father uid == child uid.
* Modified debian/rules to accommodate the new upstream build system.
* Switched to po-debconf.
* Fixed two typos in debian/po/es.po.
* debian/init.d:
- General cleaning.
- Fixed restart output format.
* Modified debian/postinst autogenerated comments for init.d config file.
* Updated DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS behaviour as per policy 11.1.
* Moved files to FHS compliant locations as per policy 12.8.7.
* Now using Standards-Version 3.5.8.
