* Move changes into separate patch-files.
* Change all files in bin/ to comply with the DFSH.
* Change all .pm-files to comply with the DFSH.
* Add sample httpd.conf for Debian systems.
* Fix wording in various texts.
* Add further useful information to README.Debian.
* Use debconf instead of dialog.
* Build configuration based on user input.
* Update README.Debian to reflect changes to installation procedure.
* Change default configuration file to make it easily parsable in postinst.
* Change cronjobs to check if the executables exist before attempting to
execute them.
* Clean up debian/rules.
* Make $wwwbase configurable from central configuration file.
