   * Fixed priority to extra.
   * update-cluster-remove takes blank options as valid option, and
     uses --help option to show help.
   * updated README.Debian to use update-cluster-remove as mpich example.
   * update-cluster-add now has a reformatting capability using update-cluster-remove.
   * a manual needs to stay as a manpage. Having the manual everywhere does
     NOT help updating it.
   * update-cluster-parseconfig gives an error and dies instead of
     emitting a !. It will break mpich 1.2.1-10
   * added error checking in update-cluster-regenerate so that it will first
     check for existence of /etc/update-cluster/cluster.xml
   * debconf interface does not write garbage when db_get fails.
   * updated README.Debian
