   * Removed all mention of pgp-i and pgp-us from debian/copyright.
   * Included a note about the export regulations having changed.
   * Made manpage and package description refer to /usr/share/doc/pgp/
     instead of /usr/doc/pgp/.
   * Specified new pathname to language modules wherever it is mentioned
     (including in config.txt).
   * Changed section to non-US/non-free instead of non-US/non-free/utils,
     to conform with other non-US packages.
   * Placed UPGRADING_TO_GPG document in /usr/share/doc/pgp, to explain
     how to switch to GPG without losing your PGP key.
