* Revised ttf2psm.c to remove some of the warning messages.
* Revised b5_in.c so that ETen's Big5 extension characters are supported
with Arphic's Unicode Chinese TrueType fonts.
* Changed the version number in bg5ps from 1.1b2 to 1.3.0.
