* Bug in `mkdist' fixed, it works now; closes: #61397.
(I'm not sure it justifies update in frozen because mkdist is not so
much used utility, but the bug is marked as important, so ...).
* `config.*' files replaced by those from current automake, to avoid
compilation problems on ARM; closes: #60959.
