* New upstream release. (#39935)
* Hack to add support for "/etc/craftyrc" is no longer required as
Crafty now directly supports "/etc/crafty.rc" [sic] via an
environment variable, but this does require renaming the global
configuration file.
* Learning has been enabled by pointing CRAFTY_BOOK_PATH and
CRAFTY_TB_PATH to /var/cache/crafty. (#39969)
* Changed the Makefile to not use the intel specific assembly
language modules and switched to use pthread mutexes for SMP
builds. This will make compiling on an alpha automatic.
This has been tested successfully on faure. (#37445)
* Crafty's license has been extensively revised making Crafty
non-free.
