gmp2 has been renamed to libgmp2, so you probably need to look at
patching that, and sending the patches to Dwarf.

Also, this changelog is not very helpful as far as telling us who
actually applied the patches (I presume we've not yet got an AI as
part of buildd, that's applying patches on it's own :-)
