belongs to a upper case range. Bash thinks that 'A' < 'f' < 'Z'.

* User must answer 'y'/'n' or enter, bug will ask again otherwise, fixes
bugs #34792, #31429, #29230.
* Tell editor to start at line 5 if editor turns out to be "ae" and
"gnuclient" also, fixes bug #8626.
