* Added code to packages/rstore/mmglue.lnx to support the Linux/m68k
stack frame format; other non-x86 Debian architectures that support
kernel 2.0 (like Alpha?) need similar code. Code is also included
implementing the fault code for 2.1+-only systems (like PowerPC and
Sparc). This bug was a showstopper for Linux/m68k compilation.
