keep perl-suid from executing scripts on nosuid fs's. As always, you

on Fri, 22 Jan 1999 12:12:45 +0200 (EET) to fix suidperl to not run
suid perl-scripts on systems mounted no-suid. This is especially hard
on Linux since the only way to find this out is to look at the mount
entries of the filesystem.
