* Join lines in preinst separated by an unintended linebreak. Fixes bug#31497.
* Copy Debian.README.migration into /usr/doc/postgresql; fixes bug#31409.
Correct references to other filenames for the same information. Also
fixes bug#31408.
* In postgresql-dump, trapped SIGPIPE when the ASCII file is displayed, to
avoid propogating an error if the user quits less before the end of file.
Fixes part of bug#31410.
* Added information to preinst message: that postgresql-dump must be run
by the postgres superuser. Fixes bug#31407.
* Added a read statement in preinst where it tells the user that a dump and
reload is required. Fixes bug#31405.
* Upstream date patch fixes timezone problems.
