* Fix SIGSEGV when .exrc contains an address. Thanks to viro for the
report and patch. (closes:Bug#28932)
* Fix potential buffer overflow in regular expression compiler. Viro
gets credit for the analysis and patch. (closes:Bug#29825)
* Fix horrible bug in ./configure command which meant that I wasn't
shipping 'recover' or the multilanguage message catalogs, and hadn't
since at least v 1.76-1. Of course, nobody noticed until someone
tried to build nvi with fakeroot (which brought out the root problem
in a different way). (closes:Bug#29825)
