   * New upstream version. (Closes #11874, #22457, #29447).
   * sced_1.0.orig.tar.gz is not the "pristine" original tgz, because the
     that one had two sced-1.0/configure and two sced-1.0/README files, and
     dpkg-source doesn't like that. (It extracts tgz files with "tar -xkf").
   * debian/rules: changed "configure" to "./configure" (Closes #17196, #29595).
