New fvwm95 for slink - alpha compile

NOTE: This means I can't test this myself; I would appreciate it if
someone else could test this and let me know whether it works or not.
In particular, I'm interested in whether the taskbar has the date and
time show up or not. (Note that you'll need to accept the new
system.fvwm95rc config file for that to even have a chance at working)
