Uploaded make 3.77-3 (source i386 all) to master

Hi,

	This is a patched make which is supposed top make things work with
 glib and globbing on the alpha (which uses a newer glibc, I am given to
 understand). The acid test is supposedd to be a makefile containg:
 =====================================================================
all:
	echo $(wildcard *)
 =====================================================================

	However, this works just fine with the unpatched make on an i386,
  so I have no idea how to test whether the patch actually works. I,
  however, trust the author of the patch, and hence this upload. It does no
  harm on the i386, as far as I can tell.
