* Include mac-fr2-ext keymap (Fixes: Bug#24790).
* Allow kbdconfig to run when not root of env var ALLOWNOROOT is
set.
* Use ${variable} syntax instead of $(variable) in debian/rules.
* Install dotfiles in keymaps dir from debian/ dir, instead of using
the diff to place them in source tree.
