* Provide a conffile /etc/news/server (according to policy), that
contains (in the distributed version) the string "localhost", since
with installation of this package, the local host is a nntp server.
* Don't use file debian/empty in debian/rules. Seems that empty files
can't be included in a .diff.gz.
* Other minor modifications in debian/rules
* Make some symlinks in /var/lib/news absolute, as policy demands
* Removed all lintian-detected errors
* Updated Standards-Version to 2.4.0.0
