* Fixed copyright (there is also some LGPL-code in here)
* Improved xmcdconfig somewhat:
+ use tmpfile instead of hardcoded names
+ skip question about ioctl-method, since already know we're linux
* Don't make wrong cddb-directories in xmcdconfig
