Uploaded exim 1.92-2 (source i386) to master



I still need to add the stuff to eximconfig to support systems that are
basically satellite systems but also support local delivery for use with
fetchmail; this is useful as I suspect many dialup users will need it. I
haven't decided the best way to do it from a user interface POV yet.

All the other changes to eximconfig that Peter suggested are included.
