qcam 0.91-6 (i386 source) replaced on master
The first version of this ``fix'' put the lockfile in /var/lock, which
is world-writable anyway. My fault, and thanks to James Troup for
pointing it out. This version should really fix the problem. Since
the first revision had only been on master for < 10 minutes I decided
to just replace it instead of going to -7.
