Uploaded locale-ja 2.1.1 to master.debian.org
First Debian Project Release.
This package need to execute internationalized programs
with japanese environment.
But, Japanese Locale data is dummy data now.
The real package maintainer of locale-ja package is
other Debian JP Project Developer.
He does not register the Debian Project Maintainer now.
I uploaded this package to Debian Project by proxy.
