* debian/control: oops, had left Sven's name as maintainer; sorry, Sven!
* debian/rules: double oops, forgot to register the conffiles properly;
my extreme apologies if this upgrade has stomped your conffiles
* debian/rules: at Manoj's request, renamed entities to
/usr/lib/sgml/entities/JFW* instead of
/usr/lib/sgml/entities/jfw/*.ent
* fixed notations.sgml for HTML output, which makes all the "notations",
which are in charge of converting images based on the output format
* added some more tests to nottest.sgml
* copied pstogif from latex2html package into here; here's hoping for a
reasonable pstogif in it's own package some day
