* Patched getservice() so that the services can be specified numerically
in the filter section of the control files. Added https protocol in
standard filter (fixes bug #15992).
* Changed some options in dctrl due to new tk8.0 option parsing (fixes
bug#16060).
* Removed pthread linkage as libc6 is now fixed.
* Upgraded to Standards-Version 2.4.0.0. Fixed the init script to
comply.
* Fixed race condition in dctrl.
