Source: gcc
Binary: gcc
Architecture: source i386

Distribution: experimental
Urgency: low (high for -0.3 users)
Maintainer: J.H.M. Dassen (Ray) <jdassen@wi.LeidenUniv.nl>
Description:
gcc - The GNU C compiler.
Changes:
gcc (2.8.0-0.4) experimental; urgency=low (high for -0.3 users)
.
* Too radical stripping in -0.3 caused unusable executables.
Fix courtesy of Rolf Russius. (fixes #17099)
* No longer build cpp, as this version has problems with "recursive" macro
expansion that show up with imake-generated makefiles. (#17307)
Restored cpp dependencies from 2.7.2.3-3, so cpp-2.8.00.[1-3]
will have to be removed.
Make gcc use another gcc's cpp (hacked into config/i386/linux.h).
