abuse - Crack dot Com's Abuse action game.

* Register with suidmanager again now that debhelper supports it.
* Fixed abuse so it will work in svga mode if ran as a normal user (it was
giving up some permissions too early).
* Make abuse.console suid.
* Added console abuse to menu file.
* Modified wrapper to not KILL the sfxdrv command, just send it a TERM
signal, so it has time to clean up after itself.
