* Add checkbash script which is a primitive attempt of an analysis tool
of shell scripts for bashisms. Replacement/Fixes/Reviews wanted.
* debstd: default to /bin/sh as the shell for maintainer scripts but
analyze scripts for bashisms. Warn maintainer about bashisms if the
script was written by the maintainer. Change automatically to /bin/bash
if the script was composed by debmake.
* Check debian/rules for bashisms and warn the maintainer about the
necessity of a SHELL = line in debian/rules.
* Warn if scripts doe not use /bin/*sh
* #13044 Patch of netgod to make debi and debc able to deal with epochs
