.
* Checked the generated scripts for POSIX compliance. Configuration files
in debian might still contain bashisms though. debmakes's rule files
are definitely dependant on bash.
* template for purge operation: References to tmp changed to etc in order
to deal with Topi's strange idea of making /tmp offlimits for
maintenance scripts.
* build: do not seach /usr/bin/X11 but /usr/X11R6/bin for executables
* release: Multiple bugs on one line will now be cleared
