   * Fixed a typo in diald syslog messages (dieing->dying), fixes bug
     #12637, patch submitted upstream.
   * Fixed dctrl not remembering the blocked or forced state of a
     connection. Fixes bug #12391. Patch submitted upstream.
     NOTE: This might break other programs relying on diald monitor output,
           but AFAIK, there is no such program packaged for Debian
           (the only other program which use the monitor feature I'm aware
           of is diald-top, but isn't packaged).
   * Changed manpage diald-deb.7 to nroff'ed version from Dirk Eddelbuettel
     <edd@rosebud.sps.queensu.ca>. Updated the manpage as well.
