New base-passwd (2.0.0) going into experimental
This is the first haphazard prototype of the new base-passwd system,
which supports automatic updates of /etc/passwd and /etc/group. This
package is to be considered armed and dangerous; if you're interested in
testing it, back up these files first!
I'll make some more comments in a later post to debian-devel.
