Dear Debianites, I am not a very verbose writer, hence my "Bits from DPL" will be on the shorter side. And this one is very short - consider this a "Hi, I took charge as DPL and all is well". === Thank you === A huge thank you to dear Andreas Tille for serving the Debian Project for 2 long years - he did a great job as Debian Project Leader. Personally I am thankful to him for making a lot of things easier for my term. The handover happened over a video call, and it was very smooth. Thank you to everyone who believed in me and supported me throughout. I would like to request the same support in the future too. === Delegations === I was a delegate in a couple of teams, which I will have to re-delegate soon. I am looking for interested people in those teams, I will soon get back on this. On the time-limited delegation put forward by Andreas Tille in his last weeks as DPL, expect a mail soon. === DPL Helpers === Similar to the existing delegations mentioned above, I am looking for people for DPL Helpers team too. More communication to follow. === Contact me === Looking forward to hearing your ideas, concerns, issues, solutions or just a simple "Hi". Please mailto:leader@debian.org P.S. This mail does not touch up on the topics I mentioned on my DPL platform, don't worry, I will address them one by one soon.
