Transition news: GCC 6 enabled by default

Hi,
As you have probably noticed, the default GCC has been changed to GCC 6 in
unstable, as was announced last June[1]. If your package still fails to
build[2] with GCC 6, now is the time to fix it!
At the same time, ICU 57 and Boost 1.61 have been uploaded and boost-defaults
now points to Boost 1.61. Rebuilds are currently ongoing[3][4]. If your
package fails to build due to this, we'd appreciate it if you could take a
look and make sure it is fixed.
