Hi, the mpich transition (along with the scalapack, blacs-mpi and superlu transitions) is almost ready and in order to not have it disturbed at the last minute I blocked some packages from uploading to unstable. Please find a list below. (Please beware that there could be some last-minute additions, though.) This will hopefully be lifted soon (currently known blockers include med-fichier being too young and a missing mips build of getfem++). You can check the PTS page or rmadison for mpich. When 3.1-4 reaches testing it will automatically lift the upload block. The PTS page of your package should also include information about the block in due course. Furthermore the state of your package can be checked with transition-check from devscripts.
