Debconf 3 update

As most of you might know, debconf 3 will take place in Oslo/Norway
(18.-20. July), with debcamp preceeding it (12.-17. July).
debcamp will be a work camp where urgent things like debian-installer
or big mean bugs will be beaten into submission. Weather permitting,
the evenings will be spend with barbeque and mosquitos and other fun
things.
Andreas Schuldei and I have been planning for some time, but we come
to the point where it would help to have an idea how many people would
want to come. So please take the time and sign up at www.debconf.org

We would like to thank some sponsors who graciously offered to support
us: HP, Lindows, Trolltech and O'Reilly. HP has agreed to sponsor
Debconf with goods in a major way by paying for a lot of the food we
shall be eating and help us out in other ways. In addition, Lindows
is supporting Debconf with 4.5kUSD, which we hope to spend on travel
support.
