BSP in Debcamp.

	Hello, guys. Here in Debcamp we decided that we're going to kill as many bugs 
as possible (and even releasing sarge if we work hard ;-) during the entire 
Debcamp, so we'll apply approx. BSP rules and a DELAYED/4-day policy.

	If anybody is going to start bitching...well, we decided 4-days instead of 
7-days because that way is easier to track down problematic NMUs and fix them 
during the former DC and later DC.

	Nothing else. We are waiting for you :-)
