x86-64 tool chain works

I've found the bug in bochs that was stopping me from testing my
biarch tool chain and all the basic stuff seems to work fine now.
Anyone interested in an x86-64 debian port can now experiment
with the packages I have uploaded to http://www.arndb.de/debian/.

Just like on s390 and sparc, you should be able to install the
biarch tool chain on a 32 bit machine without breaking native
compiles. So far, I could test 64 bit binaries only in bochs,
but I don't expect them to break on a real hammer if anyone
has one.

There is a lot that can be done before the hardware is available,
so if there is enough interest, we should start a coordinated
effort soon.
