I do have to ask myself why so many people are more concerned with
juggling infrastructure details rather than, well, fixing the bugs.
Testing is doing a pretty good job of keeping the bugs out; if that
encounters problems due to the base system being perpetually buggy, then
*that* is the problem we should be fixing, not shooting the messenger.
